Muse is a meditation support device - a headset - that is highly rated as a personal neurofeedback device. It can help you learn how to meditate more effectively and self-calm with ease.

Light boxes are useful for depression and seasonal affective disorder; this one is USB-powered! ****If you have, or suspect you have bipolar disorder, do not use without the express direction and permission of your treating psychiatrist***
