PCOS Wellness was created by health psychologist and PCOS patient, Gretchen Kubacky, Psy.D. Dubbed “The PCOS Psychologist”, Dr. Gretchen has become a prominent expert in an area of Women’s Health that requires such an integrative approach to wellness. Dr. Gretchen understands that often the missing piece in a PCOS patient’s health and wellness plan is the emotional and mental component. Without it, healing is incomplete and happiness can seem impossible.

Dr. Gretchen provides coaching, consultation, and trainings for PCOS patients, family, friends, spouses, partners, and also for health care providers. She is available for speaking engagements, and guest blogging. She also provides psychotherapy for California residents.
With over a decade of professional experience as a psychologist and 25 years of experience as a healer, Dr. Gretchen has developed a unique, integrative approach to health and healing that incorporates both the mind and body. Her background in massage therapy, Eastern medicine, and other alternative healing approaches is integrated with an up-to-date knowledge of Western medicine trends and practices. She frequently works with an interdisciplinary team of healers.
